World Passports and Visas (WPV) is a wholly owned subsidiary of San Diego Travel Group, Inc., a worldwide provider of a broad range of travel services. The company, based in California, has been in business since 1963.

WPV was founded in 1992 for the purpose of providing a full range of traveler document processing from passport and visa applications to rush services; from renewals to passport photos. The company has grown over the years and now provides visa, passport and photo services for travel agencies, corporations and the general public.

WPV’s department manager, Tony Cummins, has successfully led the department since its inception. His intimate knowledge of consulates, couriers, document security, and expediting ensure guaranteed top quality service. WPV works with a number of affiliated services who literally walk-through the consulates with our applications for the purpose of expediting the processing of visa and passport requests.
