Step 2 • Prepare The Required Documents

Visa: Australia

Your WPV Specialist will contact you to confirm receiving your order and provide assistance as you begin the process of getting your visa.

• Do I qualify for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) Visa?
• If not qualified for a (ETA) Visa, proceed to U.S. Embassy of Australia, we can help guide you from here.

Complete all required fields and print out the application. Be sure to sign and date your application.

Passport

You must provide your actual passport. Your passport must:

• Be valid for six months beyond the length of your requested visa
• Have at least one blank visa page
• Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way.

Two (2) Passport Photos

Photos must be identical, taken within the past 6 months, 2x2 inches, and not from a vending machine. Please use professional photographers specializing in passport photos. Print services stores such as FedEx Kinko's usually provide this type of service.

Photocopies of Application Materials

We recommend that you retain a copy of all items that you submit for your records. Any documents that are specifically addressed to the consulate will not be returned to you.

Children 12 and Under

You must provide a copy of your birth certificate. For minors who are not traveling with one or both parents, you must include a photocopy of a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by your parents who are not traveling and include a clear photocopy of the parent's driver's license or passport information page. The minor must travel with the original notarized consent letter.

Travel Itinerary

• Copy of a plane ticket to a foreign country, or
• Copy of a travel itinerary with the applicant's name showing dates and flight information, or if neither is available and traveling for business.
• A letter from the employer.

For 1-2 business day passport service, travel dates must be within 14 days when a visa is required to the country of destination; otherwise, dates must be within 5 days.
